Bridging Two Worlds: Aviation and Logistics
The PTC Logistics Team spent some time experiencing firsthand the life of a flight attendant to gain a deeper appreciation of how safety, security, and service define the aviation industry.

At first glance, logistics and aviation may seem worlds apart. Yet both share the same commitment: delivering safety, security, and service from the heart.
For PTC Logistics, this visit was a chance to see how the values that guide their own work also shape the daily lives of flight attendants.
An Overview of PTC Aviation’s Flight Attendant Training Program
PTC Aviation Instructor, Joel Tuquib, welcomes the PTC Logistic Team with his entertaining and inspiring stories.
The visit began with an introduction to PTC Aviation’s rigorous flight attendant training program.
From learning about the daily life of a flight attendant and practicing safety demonstrations to understanding passenger service, the team saw how aspiring flight attendants are trained to respond calmly and confidently in any situation.

It quickly became clear that the role of a flight attendant goes far beyond inflight service. It is about ensuring passenger safety at every moment.

A key takeaway was the importance of teamwork and coordination. Just as logistics relies on precise scheduling and accurate coordination across the supply chain, aviation depends on strict safety standards and consistent on-time performance.

Observing these parallels gave the PTC Logistics team a new perspective on the similarities between managing a supply chain and manning an airline cabin.
