PTC Aviation Instructors Undergo the Highly Acclaimed Joey Pacheco Training Program
The Joey Pacheco Training is a highly sought-after learning and development brand among top-tier companies in the Philippines.
Known for its exceptional approach to enhancing workplace learning and performance, PTC Aviation instructors were fortunate to experience one of the renowned Joey Pacheco Training programs held on October 20–21, 2025, at the PTC Aviation Training Center.
The two-day Train the Trainers (TTT) program aimed to refine the instructional techniques, communication skills, and classroom management strategies of PTC Aviation’s dedicated teaching team. It provided valuable insights on how to further inspire, motivate, and bring out the best in every PTC Aviation student.

The cutie behind every Joey Pacheco Training rollout is none other than Joey Pacheco himself!
A highly respected corporate training consultant, Joey brings to life sessions filled with dynamic discussions, engaging activities, and practical applications that strengthen each instructor’s teaching approach, all delivered with his signature humor that never fails to delight!
And yes, he really is a cutie!
Through this initiative, PTC Aviation continues to uphold its commitment to excellence in aviation education, ensuring its instructors remain industry leaders who train and inspire the next generation of flight attendants and aviation professionals.
First day excitement! Everyone came very early.
Who is Joey Pacheco?
Before becoming one of the most respected figures in training and development in the Philippines, Joey Pacheco began his professional journey as a public school teacher.
He eventually joined Philippine Airlines (PAL) as a flight attendant, where his natural leadership and ability to inspire others caught the attention of airline management.
Recognizing his exceptional potential, PAL entrusted him with the responsibility of training new batches of cabin crew, a role that would define his legacy in the airline.
From there, Joey discovered his true calling in the wonderful world of training.
The PTC Aviation TTT 2025 was also some kind of reunion. Joey and Peluchi are not just mentors to Ann, Leah, and Dennis but they were also their PAL Basic Class Instructors.
Arlyn (left) was also lucky enough to be under Joey during her PAL days.
Joey’s journey didn’t stop there. He went on to join Citibank as the Country Sales Training Director and later moved to NEXTEL as the Sales Development and Vigilance Director.
From the corporate world, he eventually took a leap of faith and founded his own training company, JCP Seminar and Training Consultancy, where he continues to inspire professionals across industries.
Joey is widely known for his engaging style, relatable insights, and ability to bring out the best in every trainee, qualities that have made his name synonymous with excellence in training. And yes, for his good looks as well!
Continuing the Journey of Excellence
The opportunity for the PTC Aviation Instructors to undergo the Joey Pacheco Training is more than just a learning experience. It’s an investment in their continuous growth and empowerment.

The PTC Aviation TTT 2025 wouldn’t have been possible without the hard work of Dennis del Mar (PTC Aviation Cabin Training and Sales Manager), who had been envisioning and planning the event for years.
A special shoutout as well to Peluchi Reloj, who co-facilitated the training and made it even more worthwhile!
