PTC Aviation Training Center, established in 2016, is an integral part of the PTC Group, a Filipino-owned conglomerate with a storied history in the maritime industry. Since its founding in 1979, the PTC Group has been a leader in providing highly skilled Filipino seafarers to the global shipping industry.

Over the decades, the group expanded its services into real estate, hospitality, energy, and eventually aviation, leveraging its expertise in workforce development to train aviation professionals.

PTC Aviation Training Center offers a wide range of specialized programs, including flight attendant (FA), aircraft maintenance, and flight dispatch training. Equipped with cutting-edge facilities such as the Airbus A320 cabin mockup, the Center simulates real-life cabin crew scenarios, preparing trainees for the challenges of working with international airlines.

The Center’s programs are designed to give students a distinct EDGE in their aviation careers, focusing on Education, Development, Guidance, and Empowerment. This holistic approach ensures that graduates are not only equipped with technical skills but also the confidence and soft skills necessary for success in the aviation industry.
