1. What is the Cabin Ready Flight Attendant Training Program?
The Cabin Ready Flight Attendant Training Program is an exclusive training program designed for individuals who are not currently undergoing OJT and are ready to pursue a career in the aviation industry.
It provides aspiring Flight Attendants with practical knowledge, industry preparation, and the confidence needed to take the next step toward their aviation career.
2. Who is eligible to join the program?
The program is for legal-age, non-OJTs who are serious about pursuing a career as Flight Attendants. Fresh graduates of any College course, senior high school graduates, undergraduates, career shifters, and aspiring aviation professionals from any background are welcome to apply.
3. Will I receive a certificate after the training?
Yes, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion on their last day of training.
4. What makes the Cabin-Ready Program different from the 15-day FA OJT Program?
The Cabin-Ready Program offers nearly the same 15-day Flight Attendant Training experience, but at a more affordable rate.
The topics will also be more focused on:
- Interview and application preparation
- Industry expectations and career preparation
- Passenger service and communication
- Professional image, grooming, and presentation
- Situational awareness

5. What are the requirements?
We require 1 valid Government ID only.
6. Does completing the training guarantee an airline job?
No. Completion of the training does not guarantee employment or acceptance by any airline. Airline hiring decisions are made independently by each airline and are subject to their own qualifications, assessments, and recruitment processes.
