About PTC Aviation Flight Attendant Training
A. PTC Aviation Flight Attendant Training provides trainees with an overview of the work of a flight attendant. After taking our course, you will have a better understanding of the work of a flight attendant.
B. We offer two training courses:
•15-day Flight Attendant Training Course (Full Face to Face)
•11-day Flight Attendant Training Course (Blended Program)
C. The course is composed of a theoretical portion where aviation concepts are taught. It is also composed of hands-on skills training where you will learn to do tasks of a flight attendant including:
•Opening and closing of an Airbus A320 door, using our cabin mock up;
•Jumping off an emergency slide
•Safety demo and cabin announcements
•Grooming and Interview simulation
•Firefighting and survival swimming (only offered in the Full Face to Face Program
•Customer service with food service
•First Aid and Safety and Emergency Procedures
It is an excellent program for those who are interested in applying as a Flight Attendant with local and international airlines.
PTC Aviation Training Center accepts interns and OJTs, specifically those taking BS Tourism Management or Hospitality Management courses.
i. 15-day Flight Attendant Training Course (Full Face to Face) – we offer up to 600 hours
ii. 11-day Flight Attendant Training Course (Blended Program) – we offer up to 400 hours
Yes, this is subject to mutual agreement between the school and PTC Aviation Training Center.
a) 15-day FA Training (Full Face to Face) is P24,700.00 published rate (from Jan 01, 2026). Note: we do provide special rates for schools and universities for OJT students. We need to know the name of your school and how many OJT hours you require.
b) 11-day FA Training (Blended) is P15,000.00 (published rate).

A. We require the following:
•Endorsement Letter from the school. The purpose of this letter is to endorse the students to participate in the training at PTC Aviation Training Center in exchange for OJT hours. This document also shows that you
are enrolled in an OJT class in the school.
•A Memo of Agreement between the school and PTC Aviation Training Center. This agreement may specify the OJT hours to be provided to the student.
•Sample evaluation sheet to be completed by the PTC Aviation instructors at the end of the
training program. Best to be given in advance.
A. Use of our uniform is optional. There is a rental fee of P500.00.
B. The OJT may opt to use his/her school’s uniform instead.
i) First, you must reserve your training slot at https://ptc-aviation.com.ph/enroll-now/
ii) A reservation fee of P2,000 at least 72 hours after enrollment
iii) A downpayment to secure your slot:
- P8,000.00 for Face to Face FA Training
- P3,000.00 for Blended FA Training
- Full downpayment must be paid at least seven (7) days before the 1sr day of training
iv) The remaining balance must be paid on or before the 1st day of training
Payment is done via direct payment to our BDO We do not accept training payment at PTC Aviation Training Center. You may pay us:
- Via direct bank payment (over-the-counter transaction) in any BDO branch
- Via online payment (Online bank transaction / GCASH / MAYA)
- We do not accept credit card payments, yet
Not directly. PTC Aviation has an alumni group page where we share information on possible job opportunities in the aviation industry (including openings for flight attendants and ground staff). We do not guarantee jobs at the end of training. However, we mentor our our trainees when they apply for jobs.
A. Our 15-day Flight Attendant Training (Face to Face) is ideal for those graduates who are interested in becoming Flight Attendants since the program provides an in-depth perspective of the roles and responsibilities of a flight attendant. Our programs also help trainees prepare for the airline job interviews- how is it different from other job interviews?
A. Certainly not. Airlines are not basing their hiring decisions on the course taken in college. You can be a graduate of any college course to apply as a flight attendant. Selection is usually based on the result of the job interview.
