PTC Aviation Student Testimonial: Keith Wenzleith M. Cagatan

Hi! I am Keith Wenzleith M. Cagatan from Batch 25-28 PM, an International Tourism Management student from Lyceum of the Philippines University Manila.

Ever since I was in Grade 6, I have always dreamed of becoming a flight attendant. It was a dream that stayed with me throughout the years, and joining the 15-Day Flight Attendant Training Program at PTC was one of the best decisions I made in pursuing that dream.

I entered the training thinking I already had an idea of what the profession was like, but I quickly realized that there was so much more to learn.

This experience taught me the realities of the job—the discipline, responsibility, professionalism, and resilience needed to succeed in the aviation industry.

It made me appreciate even more the dedication required behind the glamorous image that many people see.

From personality development sessions and assessments to the physical drills and practical activities, every lesson challenged me to become a better version of myself.

There were moments that pushed me outside my comfort zone, but those moments helped me grow and gave me a clearer understanding of the kind of cabin crew professional I aspire to be.

What made this journey even more special were the friendships I gained along the way.

Being surrounded by people who shared the same passion and dreams created memories that I will always cherish. The support, laughter, and encouragement we shared made every day of training more meaningful.

I am also incredibly grateful to our PTC instructors for sharing not only their knowledge but also their personal experiences in the aviation industry.

Their stories, advice, and lessons inspired me and gave me valuable insights that I will carry with me as I continue pursuing my goals.

If there is one lesson that I will always remember from this training, it is this: no matter how difficult the journey becomes, never forget why you started.

There may be setbacks, delays, and challenges along the way, but staying connected to your purpose will always give you the strength to keep moving forward.
