Vietnam Aviation Academy Faculty of Foreign Languages Visits PTC Aviation Training Center
PTC Aviation was honored to host the Vietnam Aviation Academy Faculty of Foreign Languages as part of their Cultural Exchange & Study Tour 2025.
This special visit gave the delegation an opportunity to experience how PTC Aviation prepares aspiring cabin crew, while also strengthening ties between academic excellence and practical industry training.
A Festive Welcome
To mark the occasion, PTC Aviation prepared a Philippine-themed welcome for the visiting students and professors of the Vietnam Aviation Academy Faculty of Foreign Languages.
A spread of Filipino favorites, including adobo, pancit, and native kakanin delicacies, was prepared to warmly welcome the delegation.

Everybody loved the food! It was great way to introduce the Filipino culture to the Vietnamese students.

The first day also featured a cultural display of both Filipino and Vietnamese traditional outfits.
Dennis del Mar (PTC Aviation Cabin Training and Sales Manager formally welcomes the students and professors of Vietnam Aviation Academy Faculty of Foreign Languages.
Arlyn Dayrit-Caballero (Asst Manager Cabin Training & Sales), who worked very hard to make the event happen, finally meets the amazing students and professors of Vietnam Aviation Academy Faculty of Foreign Languages.
The warm reception not only celebrated Filipino culture but also set the tone for meaningful exchanges of learning, culture, and hospitality between the two institutions.
Experiencing PTC Aviation's Blended Program
As part of the study tour, the students explored the PTC Aviation’s blended flight attendant training: online learning followed by intensive, face-to-face sessions in Parañaque.
This structure allows trainees to build a foundation before applying their skills in practical, real-world scenarios.
During the intensive, face-to-face sessions, the students learned:
- Cabin mock-up simulations, where trainees practiced inflight service routines, announcements, and passenger handling.
- Grooming and personality development sessions that build confidence and professionalism to meet international airline standards.
- Safety and emergency procedure training, highlighting the importance of clear communication and leadership in critical situations.
- Interview and career preparation modules, guiding trainees in building airline-ready resumes and excelling in recruitment processes.

Another highlight of the graduation was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between PTC Aviation and the Vietnam Aviation Academy Faculty of Foreign Languages.
