At Philippine Airlines, Arlyn found her first love in aviation and discovered the true meaning of humility, respect, and genuine Filipino hospitality. As part of the country’s flag carrier, she had the privilege of serving her fellow Filipinos, or kababayans, both at home and abroad.
Her experience taught her that being a flight attendant is about much more than traveling the world. It is about caring for passengers, creating meaningful connections, and delivering service with compassion and sincerity. These values became the foundation of her career and continue to guide her today.
Expanding Her Horizons with Emirates Airlines
Arlyn’s journey took an exciting new turn when she joined Emirates Airlines, a milestone she describes as her “true love” in aviation. Working for one of the world’s leading international airlines exposed her to diverse cultures, perspectives, and ways of life.
Collaborating with colleagues and serving passengers from around the globe helped her grow into a globally competitive aviation professional while remaining deeply proud of her Filipino heritage. Throughout her career, she carried with her the qualities Filipinos are known for: hardworking, reliable, resilient, and dedicated to excellence.
